Meet Bob

 

Bob, is originally from West Sayville, Long Island, New York. Bob moved to Gilford, New Hampshire in 1977 were he worked for many years in Law Enforcement and as a Police Officer for in the State of New Hampshire as well as Store Detective for Zayre Department Stores, then New Hampshire Department of Safety State Police Marine Patrol Division.

Bob’s first love is cooking, so Bob went to Upstate New York were he attended a very fine Culinary Institute, part of the University Of New York. After Graduating from the Culinary Institute, Bob worked as a Chef for the Albany, NY Marriott Hotel, earning the title of Master Omelette Chef, for cooking 14 Omelettes at the same time.

Bob was also the Executive Chef for Christine's Steak and Seafood Restaurant in Voorheesville, New York. Bob has received many cooking awards, and was featured in the local papers for his Swiss German Dish, " Veal Emmental"

In 1996 Bob was recruited by the Knights of Columbus, to market Life Insurance and Retirement plans to members. Bob was always top in sales, and won numerous incentive trips and awards. He was the #1 Agent in the State of Florida.

In 2001, Bob met his wife Cristina Gasque, who is from Merida, Mexico. They were married in Cholul, Mexico on February 14th 2003. They live in Merida with their Yellow Lab Cremita and a new Lab Puppy Lolita.

Bob loves Merida, the people here are so friendly and kind, and warm. Anyone who visits Merida will be impressed by the beauty, the people, the Mayan ruins and the Yucatan cuisine.

Bob has Real Estate in his Blood, his Father the late Paul J. Lissandrello Sr.
owned and operated Oakdale Reality, located in Oakdale, Long Island, New York. He was the President of The Long Island Real Estate Commission in the '60s.

Bob's older Brother, Paul Jr., his Brother Richard and his Mom, all work in Real Estate.

Meet Cristina

 

Cristina is from Merida, Mexico.  With a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics.  Cristina moved to Florida for 6 years and returned to Merida with her husband who works in Real Estate. In their stay in the United States, Cristina received earned a Licence as an Esthetician granted by Florida College of Natural Health.

Cristina has worked in Day Spas, Professional cosmetic lines and consultation and nutrition in private practice in Clinics in Merida and Cozumel. Currently Cristina provides sessions by appointment only.

Since returning to Merida, Cristina has teamed up with her husband to work in Real Estate business.  Contacting customers, listing properties, maintaining an ethical relationship with customers both buyers and sellers, as well as learning about the area-construction-property appraisals and so on to advise properly.

Being a native of Mérida, Cristina personally guides their clients introducing them to the life of Yucatan such as banks, doctors, services, technicians, schools, removals, construction, etc.
